Briarwood Village is a small development located approximately 1.5 miles from I-20 and Monkhouse Drive. The 32-unit structure consists of 16 duplexes situated on a cul-de-sac. Each unit has a three-bedroom floor plan and are designated as family units. The cul-de-sac design contributes to its reputation as a quiet and neighbor-friendly community. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

The manager’s office is located within the development. Tenant meetings are held at the Briarwood Village Community Center. Tenants of Briarwood Village are eligible to participate in programs offered by any o the other SHA public housing developments.
